We are proud to offer our customers free shipping without rebates at ActionVillage.com. We offer free Economy shipping on ALL orders with NO minimum purchase amount. Or if you chose you can upgrade to Ground Delivery for just $6.50. To qualify for free shipping:

  1. Place your order online; this promotion is not available by telephone.
  2. Select the Economy Method if you would like FREE shipping.
  3. Select Ground Delivery if you would like $6.50 flat rate shipping.
Now here are the limitations.

  1. Available only to shipping destinations in the contiguous 48 United States.

 
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.

If this is the case, please give us a call at 888-679-4327 so that we can manually verify your addresses with the credit card company. We do have an address match department that calls banks to verify addresses daily. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us, you will be contacted via email or phone call. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

 
When you shop @ ActionVillage.com you get fast service. We are committed to providing you with the fastest possible shopping experience anywhere! All in-stock orders with verified addresses placed before 3pm central time will ship out on the same day (orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday), and you will be emailed a tracking number by the following morning. The only exception to this is on certain Mondays, when the volume of orders placed over the weekend may delay some orders until Tuesday. If you need to have an order shipped out on Monday, please call us at 888-679-4327 by 3pm Central. If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified immediately and given the proper instructions on how to expedite your order.

Economy
Action Village is proud to offer a new shipping method, "Economy" for those price conscious shoppers out there! Available to customers in the contiguous 48 United States. Most packages are delivered in 4 to 7 days and a tracking number will be provided tracing your package every step of the way!

Ground
Ground packages can be shipped anywhere in the 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii), and will be delivered on Monday through Friday. No Ground deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Any orders that end up weighing over 70 lbs with this shipping method will be shipped via Ground, which is delivered Monday through Friday. No Ground packages will be delivered on weekends. Expect Ground service times to comply with the following map.

Ground Delivery Chart
For example: if you place your order from California on Sunday, your order should be shipped out on Monday and delivered on that Friday. Ground allows for one additional day for delivery to remote locations--Napa Valley, for example. Orders placed on weekends and holidays cannot be shipped until the next business day (typically Monday through Friday).

Expedited Service to US Locations
All air shipments to US locations must be prepaid; no CODs will be accepted. Service times will comply with the service selected provided the order is received by 3pm Central Time on a business day. All air shipments from ActionVillage.com will be delivered by 7pm on the scheduled delivery date. Note that your credit card's shipping and billing addresses must be the same in order to ensure prompt shipping. ActionVillage.com is not responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Delays that are related to shipping carrier errors, weather, or natural disasters will not result in refunds of shipping charges. It is highly recommended that you request shipping that allows for delivery an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order. All air shipments are only delivered Monday through Friday. No air shipments will be delivered on weekends or holidays..

Service to Canada
All Canadian orders must be prepaid in US Dollars (credit cards are considered prepayment). Most ground shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations four to eight business days from date of order.

NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada do not include GST, PST, brokerage fees, or any other duties, taxes, or charges that may apply and will be due on delivery. You will be responsible for any applicable fees at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees and refuse the shipment, the fees and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Service to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders must be prepaid by credit card at time of shipping.

Service to APO/FPO Addresses
Available shipping method to these locations include US Mail service. All APO/FPO orders must be prepaid in US Dollars (credit cards are considered prepayment). Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations within 1 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, free/discounted shipping does not apply to APO/FPO destinations.

Service to other International Addresses
Yes we do ship to international locations. Please see our International Orders Page for complete information.

 
To calculate the shipping charges for an order, follow these easy steps:

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. Click "Checkout" (do not worry, you will not be placing an order).
  3. Login if you have not already done so.
  4. From the next screen you will be able to select your shipping option from a menu on the left side. The page will reload with the updated order total including shipping amount.

Certain items require special shipping methods. Any gas-filled item such as CO2 cartridges can only be shipped via Ground. They cannot be shipped by air or internationally. Large, heavier items such as skateboard ledges/ramps must be shipped via Common Carrier and will not qualify for the free shipping promotion.

We do not recommend shipping paintballs via any means other than Ground. Shipping paintballs via air shipments results in a higher likelihood of receiving damaged paint because of the air pressure variations involved in flight. Paintballs damaged in transit are the customer's responsibility.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are not able to ship skate shoes outside of the United States.

As long as you have entered a valid email address you will receive an email letting you know that your package has been shipped and you can view tracking information in your account online. All you need to do is login to your account, then click on "Order Status and Tracking." Select the order you wish to track and click on the linked tracking number. A new window with real-time tracking information will pop up.

ActionVillage.com customers in the Chicago area will be pleased to know that we have a retail store location in Wood Dale, IL. However, an order placed through the website cannot be picked up at our retail store-you must come into the store to purchase items through the storefront. Payment must be presented in the storefront, where we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We cannot reserve products for storefront purchase and cannot take orders over the phone for pickup in the storefront.

To expedite your storefront shopping experience, you can write down the product ID numbers of the items you'd like to purchase and bring them to the store; this will enable us to have the products brought up from the warehouse quickly.

You will also be able to use one of our computers in our storefront to browse through our inventory. The stock status displayed on our website applies to items being purchased through the storefront as well.
