Puerto Rico.
Orders placed with a Visa or MasterCard that is issued from outside of the US or Canada will be automatically cancelled.

2) PayPal
Action Village is happy to accept payment by PayPal as long as your entire order consists of In-Stock merchandise. Also note that if the Shipping address of
your order does not exactly match a 'confirmed' address in you PayPal account we may hold the order for further verification. If we are not able to verify the
order it may be canceled and you will be given a full refund. Please read below about PayPal Confirmed addresses. To ensure quick processing or you PayPal order
we recommend shipping to a confirmed address.
The Purpose of a PayPal Confirmed Address
PayPal offers confirmed addresses as an additional layer of fraud protection. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft.
How Can You Tell If You Have Confirmed Address
Log in to your PayPal account and click on 'My Account' then 'Profile'. Under
'Account Information' click the 'Street Address' link. You will see your PayPal addresses listed here. Under the Status column MUST BE the word 'Confirmed'.
How a PayPal Buyer Can Confirm an Address
- Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (i.e., the address where you receive your credit card statement).
- Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If you�re approved, the address on your application will be a Confirmed Address.
- Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and
visit the Alternate Address Confirmation page. You can also reach this
page by logging in to your PayPal account, then clicking the 'Security Center' link at the bottom of the page. From there click the 'Confirmed Addresses' link
under the PayPal Protections column.

3) eBillme
eBillme (formerly SECURE-eBill) allows you to pay for your in-stock order at your bank's website from your checking or savings account..
Your security is guaranteed by your own bank.
You keep all of your financial information confidential.
You don't need a credit card to shop online any more.
When you choose eBillme during checkout, we'll email you an electronic bill (eBill) that you can pay at your bank's website. After your payment is submitted please allow 2-4 business days for it to clear through the banks. Payments must be received before your order will ship.
If you have ever paid your electric, water or phone bills from your checking or savings account, you already know how to use eBillme.

4) Prepay: Check or Money Order
To place an order and send payment by mail, start by browsing the website and finding what you would like to order. Write down the product ID for all items you
want to purchase. Then, call 888-679-4327 and a friendly representative will help with your order. Be sure to write down the order number on your money order!

Please allow 5 to 10 days for us to receive payment via the mail and process your order. Allow another 2 to 12 days for delivery once the order
has been shipped, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. We will hold the items on your order for up to two weeks while waiting for your payment
to arrive. If payment has not been received within two weeks, your order will be cancelled. Free or discounted shipping does not apply on orders paid for
via money order or cashier's check.
5) COD
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders are welcomed at Action Village by telephone within the lower 48 states. Call 888-679-4327 to place a COD order. A $10.00 fee will
be added to your order, and the order must be shipped via UPS ground. Free or discounted shipping does not apply to COD orders.
You must pay cash, and have exact change for the UPS driver at the time of delivery.

Added online security.
ActionVillage.com supports Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCodeTM, which are security technologies that authenticate your Visa or MasterCard and
ensure that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If you are signed up with VbV or MasterCard� SecureCodeTM , then your password is required by
the bank that issued your card. ActionVillage.com does not require you to sign up, but when we request authorization from your bank, they may require you to do so.
These technologies give you reassurance that only you can use your Visa or Master card online. This password is entered at Visa or MC's website and kept by them
for use on the growing number of websites that support Verified by Visa and SecureCodeTM.
It's quick and easy.
You may activate now by entering your card number over secure server right now. If your card issuer is participating in Verified by Visa or SecureCode (most
issuers are) you'll complete a brief activation process by verifying your identity and creating your password.
If you'd prefer to activate later, here's how it works during an online purchase:
Your card is automatically recognized.
Once your card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you purchase at ActionVillage.com or at other participating online stores. You'll enter
your password in the Verified by Visa window and the transaction will be completed. In stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Visa card
will continue to work as usual.

We do not actually charge your credit card until your order has shipped. You may see an authorization for the amount of your order on your card.
This can appear like a charge but is actually just your financial institution holding those funds for us until we charge the order. If the order is not charged
and shipped, the authorization is usually automatically dropped after a couple of business days. If the authorization on your account has not dropped after
3-5 business days, please contact your financial institution to see how you can have the authorization removed. We are happy to assist you in removing any
authorizations if your bank requires us to do so.

If your order has been cancelled or has not been shipped for any other reason, and you are seeing a charge on your account, it is most likely the
authorization that you are seeing, and not an actual charge. When you place an order, your financial institution places a hold on those funds for us to use
when we charge the card. If the order is cancelled, then the authorization is usually dropped after a couple of business days. If you have already been charged
for an order and are returning a product, the account is usually credited within a couple of business days of receiving the return. If you do not see the credit
back on your card within 3-5 business days, then please give us a call at 888-679-4327 so that we can assist you.

Don't let our in-stock quantities fool you! If you don't see enough of your favorite jersey for the whole team, let us order them for you. We can
order as many as you need. Just be sure to tell the customer service representative to wait until all jerseys are received to ship your item. This way you

If the price of an item you have purchased drops on our website within two weeks of the shipping date, please contact us at 888-679-4327. We will
issue an in-store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the difference in price. You must contact us within the two-week window to be eligible for this
