Before placing an order, you will need to create an account with a login name and password that will have your address and contact information stored in it. To create an account, just click here and fill out all required information. We recommend that you write down your login name and password once you have selected them. Creating and using just one customer account will allow you to view your entire order history, use wishlists as a handy tool for frequently-ordered items, and will help us to serve you better.
 
To edit your account information, you must be logged in to your account. Once you have logged in, at the bottom of the welcome page are a number of links you can click to change your password, address, email, wishlists and bookmarks. Simply click on the type of information you'd like to change and enter the new information in the space provided.

If you would like to change the address, email, or phone number for an order you have already placed, you will need to contact us at 888-679-4327 to make these changes. No changes can be made to an order if its status shows "Processing" or "Shipped."

If you remember your login name but it is not allowing you to log in, you may be entering it with incorrect capitalization. Make sure you enter it exactly as it was when you selected (for example, JDoe and jdoe are considered two different login names) and that you are entering the correct password. If it is still not working, please call us at 888-679-4327 and we will be happy to help.
 
If you need to have your password reminder emailed to you, click on "My Account" on the top right of each page on our website. At the bottom left of the page is a box titled "Forget Your Password?" All you have to do is enter your login name and your reminder will be emailed to you. Remember that both your login name and password are case sensitive, so if your password is "Paintball," entering "paintball" will not work.

If your password reminder is not enough to help you remember your password, please call us at 888-679-4327. We will be able to re-set the password on your account for you.
 
Build a wish list to make repeat or regular purchasing quick and easy. You may create up to 10 individual wish lists. Just add products to your wish list and save the list. Then all you have to do to retrieve your list is to select "Wish Lists" from the My Account menu choice and then select "Add to Cart" to complete your regularly scheduled purchases.

To add items to your wish list, you must first create a new wish list by entering the wish list name in the box provided and clicking the "New" button.

Once you've created a wish list, click the "Add to Wish List" button when viewing an item details page to add products to your wish list.
