CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our Customer Service department is looking for full and part time help answering inbound calls and emails. We are looking for friendly hard working people who can take orders, returns, and can help customers in resolving problems they have. Action Village, Inc, located in Wood Dale, IL, is the worlds largest online retailer specializing in paintball, skateboarding, snowboard gear and apparel. We carry exciting brands such as Oakley, Volcom, Roxy, Element, DC Shoes and more. Action Village Inc. provides an excellent benefits program including 401k, health/dental insurance and paid vacations.
 
We are committed to providing the best possible prices to our customers. If you find a legitimate online store offering a lower price than us, submit a price match request and we will beat their price by 110% of the difference. Please see the terms below. To submit a price match, please follow these directions:

  1. Click into any product information page.
  2. Click on the "Price Match" button, located just below the item's picture, and fill out the form in the Price Match window. Please make sure the link you provide to the competitor's site is a direct link to the item, rather than the front page of the competitor's site; also, please make sure any shipping costs the competitor may charge are included in "their price."
  3. Click the "Send" button to submit the price match form. You will be given a "Price Match ID" number that you will need when calling to place your order.
  4. Call us at 888-679-4327 with your Price Match ID number to place your order--orders involving a price match must be placed over the phone! We will adjust the price of your item by 110% of the difference as long as the price match terms are met. We cannot retroactively price match items if you have already placed an order online.
Terms:
The item you are price matching must be the exact item sold through ActionVillage.com. The items must be brand new and in stock at our competitor's website. Any shipping charges added by our competitor's website are considered part of the price of the item. For example, if our item listed is $200 with free shipping and their item is listed at $190 with a $10 shipping charge, their price and our price are considered the same.

We will not match any prices on items listed in "matrix," "pyramid," or "ladder" schemes. We will match eBay "Buy It Now" auctions as long as the item is brand new and factory-warrantied (no used, refurbished or remanufactured items will be matched). Please note that shipping costs must also be included in the price match for eBay "Buy It Now" auctions.

In some cases, we may need to contact our competitor to ensure that the item is in stock and that all terms are met; if this is the case, we will contact them and call you back once we have verified all necessary information. Please note that Action Village reserves the right to refuse a price match for any reason.

If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.
