All of our skateboard wheels are sold in sets of 4 and any of the skateboard bearings on the site are 100% compatible with these wheels. This specific wheel does not have a hardness rating but most of the ATM wheels are either high 80's or low 90'sAnswered on 3/4/2013 by Staff from Simi Valley, CA
